From homeowners
"They walked us through the whole HOA process. We thought we'd need an architect plus a builder plus a project manager — turns out NHG is all three. Done in five months."
"I wasn't expecting design + bilingual + actual contractors who pick up the phone. Worth every dollar of the design tier — saved us from a $30K mistake."
"The 3D render was almost identical to the finished yard. That sounds basic but it's rare. We knew exactly what we were paying for."
"My wife's first language is Mandarin. Half the contractors we called gave up after the first phone call. NHG just switched languages and kept going."
"Started with a pergola. Two years later they've done the kitchen, the pool deck, and the front yard. Same crew. Same standard."
"I wanted concept-only — they delivered exactly that, no upsell. Took my PDF to my own builder and the build went fine. Refreshing."
