This Privacy Policy explains how NHG HOME (“we,” “us”), a design-build contractor in Irvine, California (CSLB License #1104364), collects, uses and shares information when you visit www.nhghome.com, submit a form on the site, or text or email us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, we collect what you enter:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, project type and message.
  • “Get a Quote” questionnaire: your answers about your project (such as which part of your property, approximate size, scope, budget range, timing and style), plus your name, email address, phone number and any notes you add.

If you text or email us, we also receive your phone number or email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and similar identifiers to record the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), your device and browser type, the website that referred you, and interactions such as clicking a “Text us” link or submitting a form.

Website delivery and security. Cloudflare, which provides security and content delivery for our website, and the server that hosts the site process IP addresses and request data (such as the page requested and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

2. How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare estimates.
  • Communicate with you about your project.
  • Understand how our website is used and improve it.
  • Protect our website and forms against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text messages

If you give us your phone number or text us at (949) 237-2690, we may reply by text about your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help.

We don’t use your phone number for unrelated marketing, and we don’t share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Service providers

We use the following service providers to run our website and handle inquiries. They process information on our behalf:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC): website analytics.
  • Formspree: delivers form submissions to us by email.
  • Slack: notifies our team internally about new inquiries.
  • Cloudflare: website security and content delivery.

Some pages also load web fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When those fonts load, your browser sends your IP address to Google.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records. After that, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. If you don’t want Google Analytics to collect data about your visits, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on instead.

8. Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
