Northwood, Irvine. The owners wanted dinner-party seating for twelve and a quiet morning corner. We zoned the lot into four rooms — kitchen + dining, lounge + fire, lawn for kids, raised beds — connected by a board-formed concrete path that picks up the house's stucco color.
